Scheduled System Maintenance – Friday, June 5 – Monday, June 8
Enterprise Applications & Data Integrations (EADI) will perform scheduled system maintenance on Friday, June 5, beginning at 5:00 PM ET.
During this time, all systems will be offline, including:
Banner (database access)
Application Navigator / Admin Pages
Faculty Self-Service
OSCAR
Degree Works
Other related applications
The maintenance is expected to be completed by 9:00 AM ET on Monday, June 8.
During the maintenance window, students will not have access to withdraw from Summer courses. To ensure your withdrawal can be accurately backdated, please email comments@registrar.gatech.edu. Your request will be processed once Georgia Tech systems are back online on Monday, June 8.
All students must complete a minimum of 45 hours required for their degree in residence at Georgia Tech.
Once a student has completed undergraduate degree requirements to the point where they have their final 45 credit hours required for their degree remaining, they will be allowed to complete a maximum of 7 credit hours of transfer credit and have them applied to their degree requirements. This means that 38 of the final 45 credit hours required for an undergraduate degree must be completed in residence at Georgia Tech.
