The Spring 2026 grade submission deadline has been extended to Tuesday, May 12 at 4:00 PM ET to accommodate the recent Canvas outage. While access to Canvas has been restored following a global cybersecurity-related disruption, some integrations (e.g., Honorlock) remain unavailable. OIT continues to assess system impacts.
To support end-of-term processing, transcript ordering will be paused on Tuesday, May 12 at 9:00 AM ET. Transcripts reflecting Spring 2026 final grades will be available on Thursday, May 14, and transcripts reflecting Spring 2026 degrees will be available after 2:00 PM ET on Friday, May 15.
Summer registration for first-time transfer and graduate students, as well as non-degree students, begins on Monday, May 11.
The gtID# information web site has been designed to provide current information to the Georgia Tech community concerning the use of the new gtID#. Georgia Tech no longer uses Social Security Numbers as a primary way to identify constituents. Instead, a unique identifier called the gtID# is assigned to each Georgia Tech constituent.
