If you submit a Letter of Completion request between December 8th-12th, please note this is a high-volume period for the Registrar’s Office. We will process your request as soon as we complete final thesis updates and degree audits for all Fall 2025-degree candidates. Letters requested during December 8th -12th, 2025 for eligible students may not be issued until Monday, December 15, 2025.
Please be aware that Letter of Completion requests will not be available after Friday, December 12th at 4:00 PM. At that time, the Registrar’s Office will begin working with final grade entry and the degree conferral processes for Fall 2025 degree candidates and will be unable to issue Letters of Completion.
Students will be able to order transcripts showing the degree awarded starting Friday, December 19, 2025. If you have questions or need a Letter of Completion but are unable to submit a request, please email dc@registrar.gatech.edu.
