Georgia Tech undergraduate students can take a variety of major-based and minor courses throughout the summer term. For students who are unable to take classes on campus, there are a variety of online options as well.
New to summer 2018: Undergraduate students will be allowed to take on-line and on-campus courses at the same time. To initiate the process, complete the sign up form on the SOUP website. Similar to Tech courses taught on campus, online courses are semester-based, and perfect for Georgia Tech students who will be working at an internship, co-op, or unable to be on campus during the summer. Students participating in SOUP courses are unable to take classes through the study abroad program. More information.
Students who take advantage of summer courses experience smaller class sizes, have more interaction with faculty, and reduce their overall time to graduate. Click here to view a list of classes for summer 2018.
