What is verification of participation?
Verification of participation is a process whereby instructional faculty report to the Registrar's Office and the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid whether they have students enrolled in their classes who are not engaged with the course.
Why must we comply with it?
Students who have been out for two or more consecutive terms must apply for readmission. Students who are on first or second dismissal must apply for readmission. Readmission is not guaranteed. If the student has been out for 3 or more years, they may be eligible for academic renewal.
